We will endeavour to do our best to accommodate most of your requirements and to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Thus in order to accomplish this, we encourage guests to book early as this enables us to have maximum flexibility in the accommodation of preferences and requirements. Inevitably due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot fulfil all requests. If we have not been notified in advance of any special requirements then we cannot consequently be held liable for those requirements not being met.

• This booking accepted by The BLUE CRANE VILLA is subject to predetermined Terms and Conditions that are declared to have been fully accepted by you and your party at the time of your booking.
• Arrival times between 2 pm and 7 pm. Should you arrive at a different time, please call to make arrangements with management
• Checking-out time: 11am
• A delectable buffet Breakfast (included in your rate) is served between 8am and 10am
• All other meals, refreshments and beverages are optional and will be charged for
• All internal spaces are designated as NON-SMOKING. Smoking permitted outdoors only
• Pets are not permitted
• Estate Rules: Please ensure that you bring a valid ID or passport with you for security purposes
• Weapons of any nature are not permitted
• We have had a few incidences of reported snake sightings on the premises. Advisably, should you be the recipient of one such rare encounter, stay calm and please call management
• Due to our location on the waterfront we have many species of insects that attract spiders. Although every effort has been made to eliminate and remove such insects and spiders from your room, you can help minimize the attraction by turning off your room lights when exiting the room and ensuring that all doors and windows remain closed while lights are turned on.
• We are a Private Guest House within an Estate (Westlake Country & Safari Estate) and have to adhere to Estate rules. It is strictly against Estate rules for our Guests to create excessive noise. “Quiet Time” between 10pm and 8am. Please also note that the speed limit for Westlake Estate is 30km/h.
• Should a booking need to be cancelled for any reason, we will do everything possible to resell your room. However, should this not be possible a cancellation fee may apply. All bookings require a deposit which will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled or changed.
• Accepted means of payment: Electronic Transfers or Cash only.
